I’m applying for the position of lighting technician at the Strand Theatre, which was advertised in the Spot light magazine.
I have had some experience working in my local theatre in Bromley, during my work experience last year. I feel I have the relevant skills that are needed for your position and would very much like to come for an interview and meet you.
I have always been interested in all aspects of the theatre and at school took a key role in the lighting department and took part in all the productions. I also played a role as a crewmember in the Rock Challenge competition, which Ravens Wood School won in 2010. I feel that all the skills I learnt during my time at school would be of a benefit to your company and I am very keen to learn new skills and knowledge.
